In the world of web design today it seems that companies come and go and businesses get stranded when they’ve entrusted their websites to a designer who vanishes overnight. That’s why I’m so proud of the long term relationships I have with many of my customers. This year I have been working with Nenta Traintours of North Walsham for 30 years producing printed media, designs and, since 2001, their website too, every year without fail. Obviously I am grateful to Nenta for choosing to stick with me. Call me old fashioned but I’d rather invest time in keeping current customers happy so they come back than investing that time in searching for and trying to impress new customers. Word of mouth tends to do the rest
